Who is MAG Telecom

Marcy Gelfand is a Senior Voice Telecommunications engineer in Irvine California. I started on a Lucent System 75 and worked my way through the years to learn Avaya Communication Manager, Intuity and Aura Messaging, CMS Supervisor, and IP Office.
